All remnants of the Podmafia have now vanished from Dimidiata, sold my final 484 ‘Podshack’ parcel during the night while at work. The main parcels where sold just before Christmas, and have changed hands numerous times since, for quite varying prices. AFAICT mainland land prices are now starting to fall slightly, and this is after the recent race to buy land really pushed the prices up.

Stuart’s customized Flying/Flaming Tako

Stuart was attempting to do a customized version of the sail for his Flying Tako boat, called ‘Flaming Warf’… This can be done via uploading a customized sail texture, to make the boat more personal. I noticed that the information on getting the sail Photoshop file is somewhat out of date, via the boats notecard. If readers want the sail PSD file IM me and i can send it to them via email.

What started out a couple of weeks ago. as just a military jacket.. is IMO kind of evolving into a complete range of business looking clothing. I still got to make some changes to the designs a bit… and eventually the skirts and pants will be going on sale.

Apparently these happen once a month. so residents can discuss issues are plan for forthcoming events on the SoHo Island Arts Fusion Community. Currently we are discussing the subjects of thrift-shops, commission-sales, mardi-gras and masquerade balls.
